We have organised a disco exclusively for the girls of BSG, tickets cost £5 each.

The tickets must be purchased in advance, and there is a limit of 1 per person. Tickets are non transferable and non-refundable.

There will also be a Tuck Shop for snacks and refreshments run by the BSG PSA. No external food or drink items are permitted unless required for dietary reaons, please state in the Medical Conditions area of the form. Card, Cash and BSG Tokens Accepted (available through purchase of a Refreshments Ticket).

To ensure the enjoyment and safety of the students, we are asking for your support and co-operation.

Chewing gum will not be permitted, and unacceptable behaviour will not be tolerated.

Students are to be collected from the Main Entrance to BSG (Castle Gate Close) at 9.00pm. PSA volunteers will do their best to ensure traffic can flow, but please be patient, do not park across driveways or stop on the zigzigs, there will be a lot of you and it will be easier to park elsewhere and walk.

Students are to be collected promptly at 9.00pm.

No pupil will be allowed to depart or make their way home unaccompanied. Nobody will be permitted to leave the premises during the evening.

If you are unable to collect your daughter, please ensure that you have made arrangements for their safe return home.

If they are being collected by taxi, please book in advance AND INFORM THE PSA OF THE TAXI COMPANY USED. Taxi pick-up should be arranged from the Castle Gate Close Main Entrance.

Taxi sharing arrangements should be made in advance, not on the night.

In the event your child should require first aid or further medical intervention and your child is unable to expressly give their permission and/or we fail to reach their emergency contact, by purchasing a ticket you give implied consent for us to take whatever measures are required for the wellbeing of your child.
